As your coach, I create a safe and non-judgmental space for you to feel truly listened to. A space where it is ok to be genuinely you by exploring your values and beliefs. A space where it is ok and safe to unpack what is holding you back. A space where you can establish your ideas, next steps and goals so that you are empowered to grow in your own direction.
Born into two cultures, raised as part of the Rainbow Nation of South Africa, my journey has taken me along a colorful path decorated by diversity. I have explored living in 5 different countries, embracing the cultures, different styles of communication and values of the communities.
After working in both the hospitality and corporate worlds, I quickly recognized that motivating, encouraging, and empowering those around me is what fuels my source of energy. In the past 10 years I have successfully coordinated a mentorship programme, led a branch of a women’s running community that created a safe and encouraging space to grow, filled the role as president of a coaching support group and co-founded UP Zürich.
I offer face-to-face, online and on the move coaching.
