My focus is on guiding my clients through the process of change and growth, helping them create a sustainable, healthy, and productive work environment for employees and leaders. Empathy is at the core of my coaching approach. It brings me great joy to motivate others and support them through resourceful and goal-oriented coaching. I create a space where personal growth and development are nurtured.
Outside of my professional work, I enjoy dancing, engaging in sports, and cooking. Traveling is one of my great passions as it allows me to gratefully experience new cultures and discover new things.
