THE MENCIUS ADVISORY
Mental Health-Focused Conflict Management

As much as we may not like them, conflicts are part of life and have a profound effect on our wellbeing.

Are you someone who has already achieved significant milestones but now grapples with newfound challenges with those closest to you at home and work? Perhaps you have excelled academically and professionally, but now battle with perfectionism, loneliness, and the weight of unresolved conflicts.

How would it sound if you could get help from someone who’s been on the frontline of high-level peace negotiations and who is also a practicing therapist?

I’m Lira, and as an experienced mediator and mental health specialist who has a multicultural family and lived in six countries, I understand the unique challenges in navigating the complexities of life’s changes - especially across new cultures and languages.

I serve individuals, couples and companies by creating intentional, safe, and creative spaces for mental health support, mediation and conflict resolution. This process includes fostering emotional regulation and aligns with the wisdom of Mencius, the ancient Confucian philosopher who advocated for cultivating kindness toward ourselves and others as a means to transform pain and suffering. I also support highly sensitive persons (HSPs) as one myself in overcoming conflict with less overwhelm.
