As your coach, I am your partner in success. I create a safe and supportive framework, a non-judgmental place where you can speak freely, express your beliefs, values, fears, needs, develop solutions and adjust your behaviors to proactively and compassionately support you in building a balanced, healthy and fulfilling personal and professional life.
French, I've worked and lived with my family in England, Sweden and now Switzerland, exploring all these different ways of seeing the world and living. With curiosity, sincere interest, open-mindedness and a non-judgmental attitude, I have discovered the diversity of values and behaviors in so many ways. This has enabled me to experience and appreciate the humanity we all share, and how creative and singular we are, each in our own way.
After 20 years in cross-functional management roles as Head of Communications and Talent and Development Project Manager, I realized that I wanted to make an impact by caring for people and supporting their personal development in the professional sphere. Helping people to develop and empower themselves gives me deep joy and satisfaction.
I love supporting people in transition and supporting their professional development. That's why I created and ran a comprehensive outplacement program for French speakers for an association in Sweden. I'm a member of the board of the "Le Parvis des Talents" association in Zürich and a mentor with the Professional Women Network (PWN) Zug-Zürich.
