After spending many years in the fast-paced, international corporate world, I chose to embark on a journey to rediscover vitality and manage stress in my own life. Today, I help others do the same by teaching and facilitating primarily nature-based relaxation techniques that calm the mind and promote a healthy, balanced life.
As a certified forest and nature therapy guide, yoga nidra teacher and mental health first aider I have a passion for holistic health with a comprehensive approach to mental and physical well-being. The practices I offer are highly effective in preventing and addressing a range of health issues such as burnout, fatigue, and depression. These simple, easy-to-learn techniques can be integrated into daily routines, providing long-term tools to manage stress, boost vitality, navigate challenges, and foster a more fulfilling and successful life. Committed to creating a positive lasting impact, I empower individuals and organizations to integrate nature-based strategies and practices into business and personal life for well-being and resilience.
I work with individuals and groups in various settings in-person and online. I offer public and private nature and forest therapy and relaxation programs that can be tailored for diverse needs.
